Conscious Comprehensive Health

Every day we consume two types of food: the first nourishes the spirit and the being; the second is for the body. It is important to be aware of the need for both. By accompanying as a transpersonal health coach, the person is supported and motivated to feel good both physically and in other areas of life.

In a personalized way, it is accompanied to make changes in lifestyle and habits, both in the eating area (generating a balanced eating plan) and physical (exercise or walking) as well as in other areas of life, in order to help the person to feel satisfied with his existence.

Noticing the energy that eating or walking provides and using this energy to stay in presence for the rest of the day, just as when you were eating or walking, is one of many mindfulness practices to be aware while we eat or walk in a meditative attitude.

You learn or help to maintain the practice of meditation (formal or informal meditation), learn to breathe, and manage daily stress, through various tools and protocols.

A transpersonal health coach helps lead a life in which you can feel that it vibrates with positive energy.

If necessary, I can communicate and work interdisciplinary with your doctor or you also have the option of consulting Dr. Grossgold with whom I work as a team if necessary in your particular case.
