Who I am

Right now I see myself as someone who is here, like everyone else, learning every day and giving myself to others with an attitude of service and accompaniment in times of transition or crisis.

I graduated as a psychologist in my beautiful country, Colombia, from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. I had the opportunity to receive training in various psychological approaches such as psychoanalysis, cognitive/behavioral and systemic.

At the same time, I looked for opportunities to integrate holistic perspectives into my training, such as flower essences and meditation, among others.

Since I graduated I have accompanied others from the role of psychotherapist, and later also as a coach and teacher. While I have been mentoring others from these roles, I have also flowed with life at the time specializing in marketing management, and environmental law. This opened doors for me to have experience in both private and public companies.

In my life path, I felt the need to continue growing and to experience challenges such as leaving my comfort zone and my job stability; It was then that I had the opportunity to fly to another country to learn a language other than my mother tongue (Spanish). My decision was to emigrate to the land that I had visited since I was a child, where I had beautiful experiences in the magical world of Disney. I allowed myself to choose a place where my inner child would love to be around to visit and express herself through the body of the adult she is today.

After I decided on the destination and put all the pieces in motion – Then I traveled to other locals with all the new challenges and emotions that accompanied them.

On that journey I had both sweet and bitter experiences, and the combination of both allowed me to mature and learn both about myself and about life. There I was presented with the opportunity to do a master's degree in education, which opened the doors to teach my language and have daily contact with adolescents. That experience has enriched me as a psychologist, teacher and also as a person.

Since 2.011 I undertook another adventure that was to travel within myself and be a student of the course of miracles, as well as going through the process to certify myself as a facilitator of forgiveness.

As an extension to that process, I also certified myself as a professional coach, and as a health coach.

Along the way, I also decided to train to give workshops with the approach of Louis Hay, certifying myself as a teacher of his philosophy to heal life.

So continuing and flowing with life, then I started an Update in Transpersonal Systemic Psychology and then trained as a transpersonal systemic therapist, which led me to specialize in the transpersonal-systemic psychological approach, family constellations, couples and mindfulness.

Today I serve life, I have said yes to life and I have the opportunity to accompany others in stages of transition, helping them learn during these stages to live the current moment as it presents itself, with acceptance and action, to establish a more satisfying life.

I also have the opportunity to witness the processes of awareness of others, making more assertive decisions, relearning, redesigning and being the architects of a new life experience, as well as the process of establishing new goals and way to achieve them.

He also accompanied others to work on their inner child, rearrange and order their family system, in order to heal family and personal stories that allow them a freer and more satisfying life experience.

Every day of my life is an opportunity to continue my path of raising awareness, being present, constantly healing, learning and relearning, redesigning, and giving thanks in my own life, as well as accompanying others in their life processes.
