Transpersonal Psychology

The transpersonal approach helps us discover what is really important to us and eliminate limiting thoughts that appear in the process. It contributes to the search for who you really ARE and how you want to live.

From the transpersonal approach I accompany you to understand and integrate the different aspects of the human being such as the body, the mind (considering the conscious and unconscious) and the systemic environment (family).

I invite you to allow yourself to make an internal journey, which is a process and an adventure both internal and external to go towards yourself, to broaden your gaze, to place yourself in another place in your life, to observe yourself, to take charge of you and therefore live a fuller life. Thus, by broadening our gaze, we can welcome everything that happens to us as an opportunity to learn and grow and thus redesign our lives to feel more satisfied.

Therefore, I accompany you to identify what limits you at this moment in your life, in any of the aspects (body, mind and system), so that from respect, acceptance and love, you can work within yourself, so that Thus, more harmony is manifested abroad, benefiting you and your environment.

This transpersonal coaching accompaniment comes from the fourth approach to psychology, transpersonal psychology, which invites us to look beyond the SELF (ego) to discover our true essence. It is about recognizing and living our deepest identity, which is not that SELF with which we identify, but a part of ourselves that is available to enjoy life more fully.

Transpersonal psychology invites us to look beyond what is apparent, beyond the personal plane, in order to advance in our understanding of a more essential identity and thus understand that we are something else and that we are composed of something else and thus be able to begin to observe ourselves. and self-investigation in ourselves to discover ourselves and understand what we really are.

I allow myself to open a space to observe myself: what do I observe? To myself and what happens in my life, and so from there, I can realize and become aware of what limits me to make new decisions in my life, to live fully. It is about discovering, recognizing, savoring, and living our deepest identity, which is not the self (or the ego) with which we identify, but life.

Transpersonal coaching opens a space in which the other is accompanied so that they are aware of how they are living up to now, it fosters a more realistic vision of the obstacles that are preventing them from BEING, and also that are limiting them from living in well-being. My accompaniment as a transpersonal coach honors the greatness, recursiveness and creativity of the person who wants to open up to an internal work that allows them to BE and therefore live in well-being, balance and joy. Thus, to live is not to do, but to BE, and when we are, we can experience life with joy.

When we manage to understand the “what for?” of our actions, we can begin to be able to embark on the path towards change -from now on-, in order to have a projection towards the future that facilitates living from the true BEING and being able to experience life joyfully.

Being immersed in the process of internal work from a transpersonal perspective helps us to discover what is really important to us and to eliminate limiting thoughts that appear in the process. It contributes to the search for who you really ARE and how you want to live.

Opening up to working with a transpersonal coach is one of the many ways to say yes to life, yes to yourself, yes to love, yes to understand yourself, yes to receive, yes to give in a balanced way, yes to feel worthy, YES TO TO BE AND TO LIVE IN FULLNESS. It is taking the first step to make the decision to be happy (living without fear), to accept life as it is, and to work on it in an understanding and loving way.
